Everything was great for our purposes, one night. The staff were amazingly nice, the room was tastefully decorated with an extremely comfy bed. Our location was great to downtown here.

It is an amazing property located in Zona 4 district just next door to the center of Zona 4, Guatemala and restaurants and an underground supermarket. It is beautifully decorated and brand-new by beveled glass, good enough for one night.

I cannot believe the noise from the restaurant kept me up till late, despite them knowing about my early morning flight. The staff suggested moving, like it woudl ve been easy to pack everything at 10pm. No complimentary breakfast? For the price, i expected a bit more. Was almost going to give a good review but just couldn't.

New-fashioned and brand-new room overall, by beveled glass. Lots of facilities like: climate control, a private safe, and coffee/tea makers. Nice, surprisingly quiet location in the great area.

I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. The reception was open 24 hours. I enjoyed the gourmet Guatemalan dishes served at the restaurant on-site, which was a highlight of my trip. The area is safe to explore at night and is filled with various eateries. It wasn’t too far from some local attractions like Museo Popol Vuh and La Aurora Zoo.

The rooms are designed with stylish touches. I was especially impressed by the fresh drinking water provided quickly upon request. The neighborhood is filled with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby, like the highly recommended 7 Caldos.

I was very disappointed with the noise from the restaurant, particularly disruptive. Despite informing the staff about my early flight, the music played well into the night was nice. The absence of a fridge in the room added to my frustrations, as I had hoped to store some snacks and drinks .

The staff was cute! I appreciated the minimalist design of the room. The strong water pressure in the shower. I enjoyed the city view from my room.
